Edit 8/27/2026, Looks like trade-in deal is MOSTLY DEAD. On 8/21 it was revised to no longer accept broken devices, and on 8/27 modified so that older devices only get a $450 credit instead of $900.
Original post: Existing T-Mobile customers can get up to a $900 trade in value on Google Pixel 11 phones. The trade in can include some lower end phones, and works on older calling plans (including Go5G and ONE, but not simple choice)
The correct rebate only showed when I was logged into my T-mobile account. It says it's for "Essentials and select legacy plans". My old T-Mobile ONE plan worked. (edit: others have reported Simple Choice plans don't work, only a $250 rebate)

For a base Google Pixel 11 this would make it basically free. For higher end models it's a $900 discount.
Interestingly, the plan says the credits are split out over 36 months, but the checkout and my actual order confirmation show it's only spread over 24 months.

and is it because pixel 11 is over priced now? if it was 600-699 maybe but demanding so much for not the top of the line? its 800-1099 same pricing as apple go get an apple at least it retains trade in values.

pixel 10 was on sale with mint plan 15 dollars per month with like 180 for pixel 10 that was the best deal for this not all this crap.
even after all the discounts pixel 11 after trade in is still 400-500 dollars and the store credit is crap you cant use unless u buy another over priced item. seriously need to drop by 200-300 bucks before even considering another pixel we all know apple mark up phones by 3-4x and google is now doing the same.

it was very simple we want the best camera possible and enough ram the cpu can be ok but not crap. screen we want less shatters and cracks ideally so we dont need to keep spending on screen protectors but we always do because they are crap. water resistance. nothing is water proof fyi. if they made display easily replaceable it would be great too with 50 dollar display not expensive 200 dollar ones they want.

I have the Pixel 10 deal, with many months of promo credits left.
Can this promo stack with that? Or would it void my current recurring monthly credits on the pixel 10?
Maybe if I had a different old phone to trade in I could have kept two parallel streams of device credits.
But also it says it's a DIGITAL shop card, so presumably email?

It's a good deal for my 9a. It's hard to find any decent trade in value for 9a (thought I got it around $250). Regular 11 will retain better and standard trade in value than 9a in 2 yrs so it's a good upgrade
