I just got moved from magenta to the experience signature. Tlife shows the 900 off deal but Costco does not (even when I login to T-Mobile via the Costco site). I called the Costco tmobile number and the rep said they don't do over the phone orders for Costco anymore and that I'd have to go through the Costco kiosk or website. She also said that the deals for Costco looked to be different compared to T-Mobile direct... Did you guys that ordered from Costco do it via the Costco website?

Yup T-Mobile they raised mine for two lines from 60 to 70 and from 70 to 82 within one year saying bullshit stuff like upgrading the lines.

This question is for the Costco gurus in here. I have a current SEGMENTED offer on my account which does not show up in the T-life app but they can see at 611 and at the physical store only. My question is, if I make the purchase on Costco's website, will I get the offer or do I need to go to Costco and purchase at the store kiosk?

To follow up to myself, even though it seemed like I couldn't repeat the offer on a different line, it turns out I can. I go through costco, enter in the trade in info. It says the trade in is only worth $100, but then when I go through checkout the 900 in promo credits are still there spread out over $200. And I get the device fee waived through Costco again, although I may not get a second $100 costco card.

I finally got it to work for me. Here's what I did if anybody is interested. I was originally "upgraded" from a one+ plan last week to the Experience signature plan which is supposed to be pretty much a experience more plan. I tried going through costco/tmobile and tmobile phone app and couldn't replicate the deal as it kept offering 65 dollars for my trade in. I figured it was because they don't consider experience signature and experience more the same. I changed my plan to the experience more with appreciation savings, it was only 11 bucks extra per month for me, but for 3 new phones for free, i thought it was worth it. For some reason I still couldn't get the deal through the costco/tmobile website, but I was finally able to get the trade-in value through the tmobile phone app. But damn, I really wanted the costco tmobile connection fee waived and maybe a costco shop card. Tried everything, but then I realized when I added the working mobile app deal on my phone in my cart, after refreshing the costco/tmobile page on my computer, the item was preloaded in my cart with the trade in saved and it took off the connection charge. Hopefully I get the costco shop card too, but time will tell. Sorry for the long post, but hopefully it helps someone.

if you can get the deal on your phone, add it to your cart on your phone. Then refresh the costco page while you're logged into the tmobile. My carts synced up with the deal showing up on the costco/tmobile page with the device connection fee waived.

That's what I would be looking to get with this type of deal. Upgrade my phone, then switch to AT&T or whatever and have them pay off the phone for me.

This seemed intriguing, so I got some clarification.

I have one line on GO5G and got the offer. I did not get a notification. I logged into my account on laptop, (not the stupid T-Life app) click on Phones and Devices-> Cell Phones-> and click on "See 4 promotions" above the Pixel 11 models. On my offer it said activate a new line -OR- be on a qualifying plan to get the $900 back, over 36 months.

Reaching out to T-Force on X, the rep tried to get me to connect my Twitter account to my TMobile account. NO...

T-Force initially said I had to add a new line, then said just a trade in for $900 credit over 24 months (not 36), applies to Pixel 11 and Pixel 11 Pro. Apparently $500 credit would apply to Pixel 10s. You do not buy the Pixel outright as I was hoping, and if you pay it off you lose any remaining credits! Sounds like it could ding your credit if you're thinking about a car or home loan in the next year or two, but the rep claimed it would not. Also the new Pixel is locked for 24 months.

EDIT: this was today, 08/18/2026, so seems to still be active for some

I had the same issue and what worked for me was to go through the process on tlife and add it to my cart. Then go to costco and login to tlife from the costco app/website. The tlife deal will show up and you can proceed through costco with the costco benefits
