Google's Pixelsnap Qi2 charger and stand is a compact magnetic wireless dock that keeps a Pixel attached securely while charging. The stand is lightweight, and the phone stays put when grabbed. The clearance price is $29, but the package does not include an AC adapter or wall charger, so a compatible charging block is still needed. The cord is hardwired and considered too short, and the design is also seen as prone to tipping. A simple magnetic charging stand if the missing accessories and cable length are not dealbreakers.

  • The stand can hold a Pixel phone securely without detaching when the phone is grabbed.

    EfficientTank264

  • Qi charging reportedly heats the device but can still charge at a similar speed to wired charging.

    SmileShots

  • The charger stand setup reportedly works without requiring any special phone-side accessories beyond Qi charging support.

    SmileShots

  • The charger does not include an AC adapter, so a compatible charging block must be purchased separately.

    jjmaiHonestKestrel4653

  • Wireless charging reportedly heats the device significantly, and it may not sustain the rated maximum charging speed.

    BlueCrowd8839SmileShots

  • The hardwired cable is reportedly too short, which led to a return for some buyers.

    MatthewM4268

  • The charger stand design reportedly appears prone to tipping over frequently.

Pixel phones heat up like an oven while charging at 30-35watts wired (lol). I can't imagine the wireless charging hitting it's "rated" max charging speed for more than 30 seconds. Hard pass, Google is hilarious with putting features on phones without even trying to make them actually convenient or useful. I would pay $10 max for the ability for my pixel 10 PXL to slow charge at max heat.
Do you have one?

Cord is too short for me and is hardwired to the charger. Reason I previously returned it.
Couldn't you put an extension cord on it?

Personally, as much as I enjoyed moving to qi charging over wired charging, qi charging still heats up the device by quite a bit. Having owned this one as well, it is no exception. I have moved onto ones that offer a fan and TEC cooling and that was been life changing. Device is cool as ice and it charges equally fast.

I have a few of the WayLite 15w Tec chargers throughout the house and a UGreen one for the car. The Waylite (for a no name) has had absolutely no issues outside of it being the 15w version. If you want more power, you can spend a little bit more for the 25w ones.

You could probably extend it, but to me, that extra cost probably negates any price deals.
