Uhh why not use a Mason Jar and seal the lid with a hand pump. Like $12 to $15. No plastic.

For my use case, a mason jar is too small and since it's clear, I'd have to keep it in a cabinet to prevent light from getting to the coffee. Also need to store the pump. I'm lazy and would get tired of digging that stuff out every time I made coffee.

Airscape is pricey, but it's simple and effective. The bottom of my 2lb bag tastes just as fresh as the very first pot.
