slight difference in aesthetic (note "crocs" lettering in the outside forefoot of the baya), other than that just a much better price. I live in baya lined clogs in wintertime, no complaints. I missed the versions that had no ventilation holes on the top for wet/slushy conditions, but when it's dry you can't beat these
