I hate the term "up to". Always just assume there is 1 item at 40% off and the rest is tiny sales.

Looks like they also brought the sale prices from their last "sale" that you needed to enter a discount code at checkout. Just bought a pair that I was watching during the last sale for lower than a few days ago during that sale.

It said key word, up to 40% not everything is 40% off. 25% for those items is as good as your gonna get it.

Same here, logged in and followed the link but adding to cart only shows 25% not 40%
