Just have to make sure you have the E911 address set and it'll activate / work after that.
That is one key but nope, not here. I have one phone on eSim and it shows as not provisioned. The other is on physical sim and the E911 address will not save.

How long can you wait before doing activation after the purchase?

I joined Infimobile last year on this deal. Here's my review of Infimobile to those on the fence:

TLDR; As long as you understand the difficulties and don't mind the initial hoops, on the whole, I would recommend it.

Pros:
- About the cheapest mobile plan you can get.

- You can choose between Verizon and T-Mobile's network.

- Speeds seem as advertised (I came from an actual Verizon account), no issues with 5G.

- Once you are activated and going, it just works. I have had no issues with the service that has required me to contact Infimobile once I was up and going.

- You can apply most promotions and sales to your current mobile plan and extensions (prepaid SIMs have mixed results for extensions, FYI).

Cons:
- They do nickel and dime you for anything past the initial activation. Want a new eSIM generated? Want to add Hotspot? Want pretty much any line/account change? Want to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon networks or vice versa? Got a new phone and need to activate the new phone? Each will incur a small fee.

- Customer service is the biggest issue in my mind. It's difficult to reach anyone and if there are issues it becomes a waiting game as they get back to you in 24-72 hours and then you play the elongated back and forth via email. Live chat is ok, wait times and response times vary and often once an issue becomes too difficult they kick you into the, previously mentioned, email loop.

- In very crowded/event environments speed does slowdown. It's still usable but you can definitely sense network priority is not with Infimobile (understandable).

- Account management in the website is clunky, the website doesn't send me SMS messages for my 2 factor authentication so I often have to contact Live Chat to get changes made and go through their authorization.

- No smartwatch support.

It sounds like after using all 15GB, I can still use the service at a reduced speed. How much will the speed be reduced to?

It is slow. You won't be able to stream anything, but you'll be able to load webpages and check/compose email. I found that using Wifi at home meant I never went over their 15gb limit.

You can also add data, but it would add up fast if you are a power user.

One note--while this is $112 for 15GB/month, if you go directly to their website, they are offering the 20GB/month plan for $120. So $8 more for 33% more data. But if you don't need it, no sense on spending $8 more. And yeah, while it says "For new activations only", as soon as you click it, the first question/option is if this is for an existing phone or not.

I bought the 5GB/month 1 year plan, initially from Amazon, but "recharged" on their website for second year.
Infimobile counts a year as 360 days and the fees are higher directly from their website versus from Amazon when making that comparison of the 15GB and 20GB plans.
WiFi calling works well using Verizon e-sim.

I think other places also use 30 days/month; thus, 12 month x 30 days/month = 360 days.

I just renewed plans for some of my fam members towards the end of July when this $120 for 20GB/month plan went on sale and the final price after taxes/fees was a bit shy of $124. So <$4 in fees, but yeah, that probably varies by state.

In the past, there was some type of fee (like E911 or something like that) that they were charging individually for each month vs. the whole year. So it made the Infimobile fees end up a bit more expensive than expected (like an extra few bucks). But that seems to have been fixed because the E911 fee for a whole year is just like $0.31.

We have both Verizon and T-Mobile lines and wi-fi calls works with both.
