I got the 4 for $488. I think the 4p has better zoom, better night mode, and better dynamic range. The normal 4 has better battery life, lighter head, and run a little cooler. Also there is a price difference. I wanted to wait for the 4p, but went for the 4. I need longer battery life and lighter head and cooler running. I could always buy external battery and go slower and record shorter clips.

Bought from this seller. It came with just a plastic envelope so the box is all messed up when it arrived. The product was not affected so i did not bother returning it. Just an FYI for those who expect to receive this in a box bubble wrapped and all. Not.

Thanks for the heads-up on the packaging! Quick question—was the camera already activated when you received it? If so, was it bound to someone else's DJI account, or were you able to bind it to your own without any issues?

I got mine and it's my first pocket. I dont see any advantage in its video compared to say iphone or galaxy! It's marginally better but to most eyes, unnoticeable. My rs4 mini with any lens on r8, even the garbage kit lens would blow this out of water. I put it on sale on FB

Did you get yours from this AliExpress seller? Did it arrive pre-activated by them? If so, were you able to bind it to your own DJI account and update the firmware without any issues?
