A "Hey I just watched a movie" thread

One of the other forums I go to has one of these threads and I've been turned on to some good movies that other regulars just watched. I was kind of surprised not to see a similar thread here (at least not that I could find.)
I just rewatched "Kinamand" - a cute drama about a Danish plumber who gets involved in an arranged marriage with a Chinese illegal. Good stuff (Netflix instant.)
So what have you folks watched recently?

I have to watch Drive.
"J. Edgar" - It was OK - nothing special. 2.5/5
Also watched Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, loved the books and the movie is great. Not exactly like the book, but what movie is when based on a book. The key points are there. Rooney Mara as Salander did an excellent job.

As an aside, apparently bras are no longer an option in the year 2274, so please plan accordingly.

I think one smiley can sum up my entire experience with this movie:
The only redeeming quality is those brief moments when you see Kirsten Dunst in all her naked glory.

Bleach is what started me off on my current anime kick. It had been pursuing me for months, so I finally decided to give in. (I just kept running into things from Bleach over and over again while doing internet searches on other things, so I figured that watching it was better than continuing to say, "Bleach? What is Bleach?")
The visual style and the style of the characters' super-powers works for me, so I'm happy with it. They have epic battles, but everybody goes home and heals up...and then next week they might be fighting side-by-side instead of against each other.
I would prefer it if each character wouldn't feel compelled to announce "I'll finish this now!" or some similar statement that they're about to deal the final blow...six or seven times during each fight. Just as one of my general observations about life: if both you and your opponent announce victory...and you're wrong about it...five, six, or seven times in a row, maybe you should wait until *after* the fight is over before making it eight (or nine).

I don't recognize most of the stuff on there, but they do have Full Metal Alchemist and both seasons of Spice and Wolf. Last Exile was pretty decent too with the steampunk airship stuff and slick animation.
Mostly I look for inspiration, in anime or anything else. I like stories where people discover that they're more than they thought they were and they're able to make a positive difference in the world instead of being ground down by it. Stir in a few superpowers and a quarter cup of romantic tension, and I'm happy.
Even if I do manage to squeeze in the occasional epic sword battle myself, I still end up spending more time dealing with boring everyday stuff, so something that leaves me feeling positive and inspired when I go back to battling errant numbers is a good thing (versus wanting to take a sword to the servers and accounting records).
