A "Hey I just watched a movie" thread

One of the other forums I go to has one of these threads and I've been turned on to some good movies that other regulars just watched. I was kind of surprised not to see a similar thread here (at least not that I could find.)
I just rewatched "Kinamand" - a cute drama about a Danish plumber who gets involved in an arranged marriage with a Chinese illegal. Good stuff (Netflix instant.)
So what have you folks watched recently?

No, it was just a cheese fest. I like Ryan Reynolds and he's himself in this movie, which is fine. But it basically tried to stuff the entire Green Lantern origin story into one movie while still having a villain and some side plots - and it just didn't work. And that totally sucks because there was definitely the potential for a good movie in this if they were to take their time a bit and let there be some mystery.
After the big procedure, I finally got around to watching Slap Shot (1977). I want to be Paul Newman when I grow up.
Someone in the crowd should hold up this sign:
If American Hustle wins, we riot
Two years in a row a Jennifer Lawrence movie should be nominated for Most Overhyped Movie of the Year award.
Wait... not only American Hustle, but Gravity and Captain Phillips are nominated for Best Picture? Rigged!
Wolf of Wall St is good.
Hitchcock - Not very interesting but Anthony Hopkins was terrific.
Family Plot - Doesn't hold up well over passage of time.
Last Will - Could've been great with different actors. I still love Tatum O'Neal and she brings some odd reactions and gestures to her role. Girl needs the right film.

Battle of the Damned
Dolph Lundgren fighting zombies! Yeah!
But wait! There's more!
You know the robots that went crazy in Robotropolis? Of course you do.
Well, those same robots might happen to also make an appearance in this movie.
And a good time was had by all.
Welcome to the Jungle
Comedy. Jean Claude Van Damme semi-stars in it, and when he's on screen it's semi-good.
Ninja Shadow of a Tear
Lots of no-fancy-editing martial arts fights. Impressive, as far as that goes anyway.
Rapture Palooza
The apocalypse, Satan looking for a bride, and various strange happenings.
Dumb comedy that is fun if you let it.
Knights of Badassdom
Live Action Role Players accidentally summon real demons. Amusing if you like cheese.
Stars Summer Glau and Peter Dinklage. (yes, from Game of Thrones)
Would You Rather
A dinner party turns into a deadly game of Truth or Dare. Something for the torture-porn crowd.
Sasha Grey. Well hello there.
Blood and Bone
Ex-con with a heart gets into the fight club scene. It has good fights, and more than that. Michael Jai White should be in more ass-kickin' movies.

Dolph Lundgren fighting zombies? Only thing better than that would be Chuck Norris fighting zombies. Hey Hollywood, there's an idea for you. (Yes, I know that when a zombie bites Chuck Norris, it becomes Chuck Norris.
Eye candy like Summer Glau and a little person in a movie, what could be better? Other than Chuck Norris fighting zombies.
BTW, Tavis Smiley interviewed Merry Clayton and Darlene Love on his show last month. It's a 2 part interview. http://www.pbs.org/wnet/tavissmil...ve-part-1/
