This pass through ratchet and socket set stands out for low profile access and work on long studs, threaded rods, and bolts that run through the socket. The spline sockets also cover square, star, hex, and similar fasteners, and the 3/8 inch set reaches up to 19 millimeters. The black finish is harder to see if a socket drops into an engine bay, and the set lacks standard socket rails for organization. At around $32, it still reads as solid value for tight spaces and awkward jobs.
DIYers squeezing into cramped engine bays, because the low-profile head fits tighter spots and is easier to see if a socket drops deep inside.
Mechanics working on long studs or threaded rods, because the pass-through design lets the fastener extend through the socket.
Truck owners mounting rooftop tents, because the low-clearance pass-through setup is easier to handle in awkward spaces.
People installing stabilizer links on front-wheel-drive vehicles, because the pass-through setup can make torquing to spec easier and sometimes possible.
Mechanics who need a bent head for difficult turn spaces, because this straight head does not solve tight-angle access.
Organizers who want sockets stored on standard rails, because the set does not include a normal rail system.

I like the set and think there is still value at $32 and prices have went up. $32 is not bad at current prices.
There is one thing that is pain with the set and with the design and that is it there is no standard socket rails to keep them organized unless you get some magnetic set
