Not a bad deal. A solid bang for the buck and good mid-tier component set. To get something significantly better, you're 3X this price. Focus on the installation/coupling to the door versus spending more money. 🙂

True, but people should be in the habit of looking into specs before purchasing. I guess someone might not think about it since these don't have external crossovers though.

Most Accords have a head unit with 10-25Watts RMS per channel... severely underpowered to let these Alpine speakers sing much.

Likely, you'll want a 4-channel speaker with minimum 75W RMS per channel, and you'll likely need a capacitor and deep-cycle battery.

Make sure you research your autos speaker system first and be certain they are the same size for replacement, so you dont have to cut up your car body/door to make them fit.
