I'm in the process of closing on a house with a smaller yard. I have to sell my riding mower and go to a push mower and I've been debating gas vs battery.

Any comments on this mower? It seems to be a little better than the other one listed for $299.

I would only be cutting 1/4 acre.

I haven't been able to find any recent reviews or videos on these. They all seem to be a few years old on youtube with really only out of the box 1 cut reviews.

I've been debating on the 60v dewalt since i have a bunch of batteries but the reviews on those are pretty bad.

I have one of these and also an Ego self propelled mower. They have their pluses and minuses, but I think this one still cuts better despite being significantly older than my Ego. If I could only have one, I think I'd still go with this one vs. the Ego as much as I'd like to not have to deal with gas at all.

Yeah, I'm not opposed to gas but it would be nice to not have to deal with getting gas and doing oil changes for such a small yard.

My only dilemma is... do i really want to get into another battery system vs just going dewalt if i get a battery mower

Oh well, thought about it too long and the 1 in stock sold lol. It was a tough sell getting into another battery system anyway.

I've had this mower for roughly 90 days and I can't complain. Does a great job, battery lasts
