The driver is often updated. Windows Key + Ctrl + Shift + B fixes the issue if it's a driver issue failing to communicate with the screen. My understanding is that this is a lunar lake issue, not an acer issue. But that's just me researching. My experience has been that every laptop has issues, and that whatever the reviews say isn't worth much.
