For those considering…This device was surprisingly heavy. The hinge is definitely 1st gen. It doesn't open up completely flat. Requires you to really push it flat. Charging is incredibly slow. Maximum 11 watts. It will stop charging if it gets even slightly warm.
For someone testing the waters with foldables it's good enough although I would not spend more than $290 which is the price I ordered this morning.

Get a moto if you are testing. They make decent foldable surprisingly if you delete all the bloatware. I got a moto razr 2023 from total wireless for $75. Use it as a work phone with my free lines on Tmobile. Can't wait for the Apple version to come out soon

I don't think that's comparable. Book style foldables are very different than flip style. Motorola's software support also is the worse in the industry.
Woot trying to take advantage of the passport style fold being cool now. This phone has been $100 or more less then this deal. It is extremely heavy and thick compared to modern phones. This phone will be noticeably slower on everything compared to a snapdragon chip from the last few years or an iPhone and will struggle with gaming unless very very basic. Pass on this people.

Yea considering how this thing as new open box was available like 3 rounds on Woot for $300, they have a lot of stock to move and it was not selling. And that was sometime half a year ago. I liked this phone but nah no way this is a good deal at this point.

Yes. Also, keep in mind this phone was released mid 2023....

The battery life is horrible. Out the door at 8AM and it was pretty much dead by noon. The slow charging made it hard to daily drive.
