The household member sharing your account will be able to use that shared payment method to pay for their walmart.com and Walmart app purchases.
They won't be able to see the full credit card number, only the last four digits and will only be able to use the shared payment method for their purchases on walmart.com and in the Walmart app.

You left out the most important part:
The shared card can only be used for purchases on Walmart.com or in the Walmart app. Shared members can also add and use their own payment card for purchases.
