AliExpress offered me a partial refund, which I rejected because I don't want a paperweight. I provided more evidence, AliExpress then decided to just give me a partial refund anyway. When I told them I want to return for a full refund or exhange for a working product their response was basically, "oh well, we refunded you some money. It's your problem now"

The Bluetti Elite 100 V2 stands out as a compact 1024Wh power station with fast UPS switchover, strong solar input, and useful app scheduling for charging and discharging around time of use rates. It has handled printers, portable air conditioning, electric coolers, sump pumps, routers, NAS gear, and even a full size refrigerator, while the power lift mode helps with startup spikes. Most refurb units arrived looking brand new, but a few arrived defective or later failed after dropping to 0 percent, so warranty and return support matter. A practical pick for backup power and bill shifting if you want to keep some reserve.
Common Questions (5)
Many units have arrived looking essentially brand new, with no signs of prior use and no visible plug wear. Several buyers described theirs as stone cold new or never even plugged in, though defective units have also been reported.
Yes. It has a 10ms switchover and has been used successfully as a time-control UPS for PC setups, home theater systems, modem/router gear, and NAS systems. It can charge overnight, pass power through during the day, and run on battery during peak-rate hours.
It can handle several higher-draw loads, including an H2D printer with power lift enabled, a portable floor AC, and a 120V electric cooler that an EcoFlow unit would not start. One user also estimated it can run a few LED fixtures and even a full-size refrigerator for part of a day, but heating and cooling loads drain it quickly.
Yes. The app supports multiple charge and discharge schedules, minimum charge thresholds, and pass-through behavior so it can keep reserve power while charging off-peak and running loads during expensive hours. That makes it useful for offsetting peak electricity rates.
Yes. A reported failure mode is that the unit can brick if it reaches 0% because it has no battery buffer. Keeping a minimum reserve, such as 10% or 20%, is a practical safeguard.

My unit which I just opened is stone cold NEW. No way a plug was ever inserted into an input / output, absolutely perfect. Charged to 29%...... YMMV..... My theory is that many manufacturers of various products direct sell "refurbs" that are new in order to lower prices, move inventory and have a plausible excuse for their retail channel which has to sell at a higher set price.. $210 after all discount codes / rewards SHWING!

Escalate to Aliexpress themselves, totally bypassing the seller. You won't have any issues.

That is my experience as well. I just had a full refund on a 12v travel cooler that was supposedly delivered, but it was a screw up by the Seller sending a completely different item to a different customer in my same hometown. The tracking was tied to my order somehow (it was never shipped as it went OOS) It was cleared up for a full refund and I received a $7 inconvenience credit.

For me, I have mine scheduled to charge at midnight to 6am PT, then run the equipment on batteries during the 4PM to Midnight when my electric rates are 3x what they are after midnight.
