It cuts incredibly well. I'm very impressed with mine. Cut down and chopped up a dogwood this weekend with a 5Ah battery and still had 3/5 charge by the time I was done. It does still require chain oil and the cap can sometimes come loose, so keep that in mind and always check the level and secure the cap before cutting.

I got the Milwaukee pruner and it doesn't seem to leak oil at all, but my gas powered Stihl and my Ego pole chainsaw both leak like hell.
