Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

Like new = missing charging cable, controller is beat to hell, and likely has stick drift and broken shoulder buttons.

And while I don't know if its an issue for a $40 controller Amazon is very much cracking down on returns so be prepared to fight, you may need to if you wanna send it back.

With Amazon's return policy so inconvenient these days, I cant take a chance on a deal like this. Dont want to have to drive across the city to Whole Foods and stand in line for 20 minutes to return this thing when it has stick drift.

Better off buying something like this from eBay where the sellers make an effort to provide customer service

I no longer get the option to chat with a representative... so you cant even fight. You just have to accept the AI decision, which will be to return it to Whole Foods.

If it is giving you the option to return it to Whole Foods you are still doing better than me.

I bought a nearly $150 Galaxy A16 from Amazon Resell. It was advertised as like new and unlocked. It absolutely wasn't, it was a Verizon locked pho e that would not accept my AT&T Sim card. Amazon has thus far refused to accept a refund because I clicked that it was defective and not as advertised, the only option they have given me is "keep the device and get a 15% refund. As if $20 something off a $150 paperweight does me any good at all.

Whole Foods should be able to give you a phone number to call but honestly its pointless. I have called them on this issue and a few others including when I paid extra for next day delivery on medication I needed. They just lie and say whatever they think you wanna hear to get you off the phone but there's 0 resolution. In the case of the medication they lied and told me it had shipped and would be there within an hour, I literally got it a week later. 0 offer of a refund until I spent hours fighting them a week later.

Damn. Yeah, Amazon has gotten so big that customer service is no longer something they are required to provide.

Even when you do get to them they just end chat or pass you along through a bunch of reps until you give up (which I have just let my computer sit there and respond to them every 2 minutes. They will always end chat first.) No resolutions offered.

It's that everything is not being enforced. They took the opportunity during the last shitdown to gut all of our regulating bodies. The FTC essentially doesn't exist in its current state.
