In June 2026. I subscribed to the Music & Entertainment package for $5.00 a month for one year because I was unable to secure another three‑year offer. After submitting a negative survey response, I received a call from SiriusXM requesting clarification. I explained that my rating reflected the company's unwillingness to provide a three‑year deal. I went ahead and humored their AI chat bot, which connected me to an agent (human, maybe?
[IMG]https://static.slickdealscdn.com/images/smilies/smile.gif[/IMG] ) - politely said it isn't worth more than $3 a month for me (it isn't, I have Amazon music and other ways to get music from my phone / whatever) - he hit me with the $4 a month for a year deal - I politely declined...he said he put in an escalation ticket to get me this 3 year deal, so we'll see what comes of it (assuming a person will call me). I've had it cancelled since my last 3 year plan ended - so about a year, dunno if that helped sway him to put it up the chain.
I have a 2021 Dodge Charger - they definitely can escalate to a manager or whatever and override for newer vehicles.
