All the extras of the Total Wireless plan are great if you need them, but you are still talking about $20/month. If you don't need those extras, this Infimobile plan is only $10/month.

For me, US Mobile customer service was immediate and very effective. Infimobile is not as easy, but they got the job done when I had the need. The price of Infimobile however is much better.

What were your concerns with Infimobile? Sounds like Tracfone customers service.

For my case, my children use more Data. US Mobile will be the better option for the 1st year port in(only good for 1st year). Find some better deal next year. I don't use that much data. I will go with infimobile 20 GB plan.

When we were in Canada I was able to use wifi calling at our hotel. I have Infimobile's Verizon SIM. I did not try texting on wifi. I know I could not get regular cellular text or calling while there.

Thanks, this is a helpful data point. I have looked online, but there is no clear answer for this question. We typically travel and stay outside the US for a few months every year, so it's very important for me to be able to still receive/make calls and texts over wifi. I am on Tello right now and they support this feature, but they are far more expensive than Infimobile.
