If you purchase these tickets directly from the desk at the airport, they should be cheaper. Carrier interface charges for Frontier add up. Interface being the computer. When you buy direct you don't pay that fee.

$3.50 carrier interface fee each way for those $38 flights. Just saying. It can increase as much as $26 each way for other Frontier flights.
