An n150 with 4gb on Windows is VERY slow. Have an N150 on a NAS I built in a tower desktop and it is slow but usuable for what it is. There is a reason this is cheap as performance suffers so be aware. Probably be a better Chrome or Linux machine. Good chance RAM is soldered so not upgradeable.

So IF you can find one and aware of limitations have at it! Might find better bang for your buck performance wise with a refurbished Dell business machine from a genetation or two ago if you want to upgrade or get a more powerful machine.
