Actino 5 is nearly identical to the Action 4 so buying a new Action 4 with full warranty for $199 is still a better deal than a refurb Action 5 at the same price, let along paying $32 more.

no is not, Action 4 and Action 5 has significantly different color science and processing. Action 4 in daylight was significantly worse than GoPro, Action 5 is finally on-par with GoPro. Action 4 was better than GoPro in lowlight though

This has a 2 year warranty. 1 year with DJI and 1 year with Allstate. Also, the 5 is far better at low light than the 4.
