I don't see the discount on a non-prime account. Is it exclusive to Prime?

I got these in the past. They fast charge for a tad but get hot and start throttling.

Decent Chinese brand. Not UL listed, so I'd still prefer the Otterbox on Woot (currently sold out I think)

Apparently, this brand is from "the same parent company that supplies Anker and Ravpower".

And these are "ETL certified", which is similar to being UL listed, which is a guarantee of nothing but it's also better than nothing.
As long as the ETL mark on the particular product is not fake, then it is considered a guarantee that it meets the applicable UL standard.

From my perspective, a brand's overall quality can be well-estimated by their highest-capability products. For example, if there are no power banks above 22.5 W, then their USB power stuff is probably trashy and it's a "fake" brand. If they have a line of well-regarded highly-capable power banks, e.g., 140 W, then they've probably got some good lower-end stuff as well. INIU is definitely in the second category.

Several other NRTLs certify products the same way to the same standard as UL, including but not limited to CSA, ETL/Intertek, TUV Rheinland, TUV SUD.

I personally would not consider that a general indicator applicable to all brands.

It is a brand that did have a power bank recall and survived the recall effecting around 210,000 units, so not a "fake" brand.
