16.5" x 42.5" belt... maybe light jogging at most but it is bigger than some others. You really want 22"x55-60" for actual jogging/running depending on how tall or long your legs are. This is ok if you're really space constrained.

If you actually run regularly on a $200 treadmill you will be extremely lucky to get more than a few months out of it. If you're just walking it might be ok.
