My Son In Law was checking his offers on his Capital One Credit Card and saw this offer and then shared it with me.

It seems if you have a Capital One Credit Card and then check the offers on it then there might be a offer of a $30 Cashback with the use of any offer for any amount. I have added screenshot of it.

He told me to check mine and I had it too. He just made some random cheap purchase from Walmart just so he made sure he got it.

I tried Capital one once when an offer from CVS was good, but unfortunately the reward didn't show up later. Is there a way to contact their customer service about these offers?

This. I noticed some of the above comments were mixing up the two.

Also, SD doesn't allow to mention anything about the C1 shopping cash back because it's against their policy.

I made purchased on Homedepot on 2 items, and HD ended up separated the same purchase into 2 transactions due to different shipping dates. That dropped the minimum purchase threshold and voided my reward. So just beware.

If it's through Cap 1 Offers and not shopping portal, you must use your Cap 1 card, otherwise it won't track. Half their SE Asia CS doesn't know this. I lost out on 2000 points back on $20 spend at Staples. Gave up after way too much back and forth.

That's not true, I don't use their card and get rewards. Only on store offers are card linked

I wouldn't trust any capital one offers. You'll be fighting for your cash back. I did the 25 off 25 Home depot offer a while back and it never posted.
