They sent me a trojen in my email when I told them their card didn't work. They then told me to delete the previous email as it was a trojen. Then sent it again after I accused them of fraud.

I use this co for my kids lines. Support can be cumbersome but service always works. One kid on 20g a month. 2 on 5g a month. I just renewed my kids actually jumping up from 15gb to thst 20g a month they even gave me a -$5 self referral bonus. Oh oddly a month is 30 days so a year is 360 days which is odd but not a big deal

Yes, I know they use both, that's why I said both. But I've tried and they said I would have to get a whole new 12-month. And not get a refund for what I already have.

Can you specify if want Tmobile vs Verizon or do they assign you based on Address. Also do they provide esim by default?

You can switch between them, you just have to pay a new esim/sim fee that's about $10.
