That's never the case. You can always renew at whatever the current new customer promotion price is; no one pays the "suggested retail price" at infimobile. They seem to be using the jcpenney pricing model.

Oh dang really? Just issues with porting out after or what? So far visual voicemail works, RCS works, wifi calling enabled. So far so good with speeds on verizon but everyone doesn't use more than 10 gigs a month. We average around 2-5 gigs each a line when we were on USMobile.

I have had Infinimobile for 11 months and aside from one glitch in NYC early on, it has been good. I got that plan at 15GB for $112 per year. I just renewed for another year for 10GB for $75 +$2 tax for another year. Most of my data usage is on wifi, so never approach 10GB usage per month. I am on the T-Mobile coverage plan in Phoenix, AZ and you can't beat the price, and no issues with coverage on the whole.

You can purchase 24 months for $150 or 36 months for $225. Essentially $6.25 a month for 1,2, or 3 years.
You and the OP are the real OGs. Just signed up for the three year 10GB plan. For anyone else trying to rush your way through this... you can easily accidentally select the 5gb plans instead of the 10gb plans at the same cost. Thanks again.

For the record- I waited for a while to get infimobile - I read all the horror stories and waited to see if this was another one of those "too good to be true" deals. Took the plunge last year and about to renew for another year. First, I don't doubt the horror story for some. If there's enough smoke, there's bound to be fire somewhere. However, being a decade plus user of cheap MVNO's (Red Pocket, FreedomPop-ugh, Tello, etc etc) I have found this to be fine and very usable. If you have reasonable expectations it should be fine for you. Expect customer service by email and sometimes by phone. But you can work your issue out and it beats a lot of others on price. Observation- don't take other people's input on- "Verizon is terrible"; "T-Mobile is so slow!" Your local area/your experience may be the same or the exact opposite of what they have near them. I find about half/half split of user comments on which network is best with this. That has to do largely with what that network is like where *you live.

I trouble shooter this issue myself cause the support is trash , when I ported in my number last year.

I ended up having to order a new eSIM, and the iMessage provisioning went off without a hitch after that.

Sure it was 8 dollars for the sim, but it's a 10 dollars a month plan. Service has been great for this past year for text and calls on the Verizon mvno.
