also, you could do it online if you have the promotion on. your account. not all accounts have the promotion. Tmobile via twitter or Facebook can push certain promos to your account but that totally depends on different factors.
I have an OLD nokia phone (from 2010), with an imei #, it should be fine for the trade? can someone confirm.

Given the new policy where we lose the remaining bill credits with early pay off, I wouldn't move forward with adding a second device without fully reading the current terms, getting a written ok from Tmobile rep and confirming others have been able to do this recently. It's a pain to reverse anything, esp on grandfathered plans.
