I am on the Experience Signature w/55+ Savings (3 lines) - within the last 60 days I was migrated over to this plan from a previous 55+ (magenta???) adding about $25 in monthly costs - I have been with Tmobile for over 20 years and they have migrated my plan many times.
In the TLife App I just went through the process up to the point of actually placing the order and paying the $35 activation fee plus the $75+ in taxes. No issues, 24 monthly bill credits and full trade in value as expected.
Went through Costco's site hoping to get the $100 gift card and new phone activation fee waived but unfortunately the Costco site tells me that I need to upgrade my plan to take full advantage of this offer and instead it offers me only $100 in trade in value.
Anyone else experience this and is there a fix?
Update: As others had mentioned on this site I was able to place the new phone in my cart within the TLife App and then I logged in to Tmobile through the Costco website link where it still showed the phone in the cart with the appropriate terms and conditions for the free phone on us promotion. I was able to check out and place my order this way (BTW - I had attempted to do this previously and it didn't work but on my second try about 30 minutes later it seemed to work).

I ordered an 18 Pro, shipped today.
Let me know of another carrier where I can pay $24/month for Unlimited Premium data(QCI6,) 60gb hotspot, 15gb Can&Mex, and 5gb international, with $930 off an iphone and free Pixel phones.
