I received it today. When I open it I found it is a generation 1 USB version instead of a generation 2 version.

Be aware if you buy the same item.

I'm contacting customer service to return it.

These are NOT Airpods Max 2, these are first gen airpods with USB-C, they do not support Adaptive Audio or a lot of newer features from AirPods Max 2.
