I have PRIME, and I am not seeing it. Just a guess... maybe the coupon is not only for that product, and if it was used previously you won't be able to use it again. But.... not sure if that's the reason its not showing up for us. Some coupons are targeted, for whatever reason, to one group and not another.

Can't recreate the deal as described. I get the first $1.98 coupon and the 40% S&S coupon, but when I select the first coupon and then change to the S&S option, the initial coupon goes away. So it's like they're not stackable...it's one or the other.
