However, I found on Amazon via Samsung, "open box- like new" and in Jetblack for 512gb for 585 right now and had only 10 left. This one is 256gb for almost same price but with half the storage.
So, looks like Amazon deal is much better, and likely is a new phone just that customers returned it within 30 days of their policy.

"like new" is not new. that's a used phone. period. and is Samsung 1 year warranty included from Samsung like this phone?
Of course, Samsung is selling it via Amazon, and they honor the same terms as on their website directly. Was that even a serious question !
