Xfinity mobile is a joke. They offered me $130 trade in credit for an iPhone 14 while att offers me $1200 for it towards the 18 pro max.

Difference is when you can have 5 lines for ~$50/mo or so with Xfinity, you will be easily paying ~$200+/mo for same number of lines with AT&T. AT&T may be ok if you are willing to pay for unlimited data for all lines though.

Xfinity phone deals stopped being good once they stopped giving you the GC and started doing monthly credits. The actual service and BTG plans are where xfinity is worth it. US Mobile offers basically the same type of deals now though so its harder to stick with xfinity since you also have to have their internet.

I tried using their service internationally. They partner with local carriers, but nothing would load no matter what I did. I contacted Xfinity support, and they couldn't provide any reliable solution.
After I returned, these idiots charged me $180 in roaming fees even though I literally couldn't use the service, and they refused to remove the charges.
I've been using Mint/Visible ever since. Every Thanksgiving, they usually have some kind of device deal, and they're much easier to deal with because of the simple, fixed monthly pricing.

To the people in the comments, how is this a bad deal? I just got Xfinity internet and am by myself on a single line so can take advantage of the $30 off the $45 plan for a year. I'm on a 15 Pro with 80% battery capacity, and no more storage (128GB) and wanted a cost effective way to upgrade and not have to upgrade for another couple of years. It's showing me $1300 off the 18 Pro 512 GB with no trade in required. My quick math makes the total phone + service cost at $1360 over 3 years before tax. The cost of the phone alone is $1399.

Buy an eSIM- much easier than trying to use xfinity internationally

5th line and above - $20/month

You can have 1-10(?) lines on this plan. I have 4 lines on 1GB (sometimes have to pick 3GB depending on the monthly usage - wifi at home and work) shared plan. Each line costs about $5 extra in addition to this for taxes and fees.
My 5th line is on Unlimited Intro plan ($20/month).
