I don't know how anybody uses a phone mounted in this position in this particular car

It's either blocked by the steering wheel or it blocks part of the windshield looking out

Tried it and returned it. I had screen protector installed, this will mess it up. Everybody hated the way it looks.

I bought this for $16.99 this year and used it during a long distance trip this summer. It works well.

It does loosen up after a while. Have to readjust it back to fit the corner of the screen so that it's snug.

LAMSTCS01 should still take off $7. If you're using the Amazon app you might be missing the step of tapping on the arrow that appears in the promo code box to apply the code (before tapping the Continue button).

Try mounting it on the right side of the screen instead—it works much better there. If this model rotates at the ball joint like mine, placing it on the right allows it to sit lower without blocking your view or being obstructed by the steering wheel. My only concern is that if someone accidentally knocks into it, the clamp design might crack the screen.

Wouldn't that be an incredibly long reach or turn of the head?

I have a suction cap that I bought from a deal on here that goes behind that center screen on my Model Y and it seems to work fine. What would be the advantage of this? I do have another suction cap one that I'm going to use on the actual window. Because I like to move the phones around and make videos of stuff.
Has anybody used this after using a suction cap one?

I use a product similar to this on the bottom left of the screen, a vacuum magnet on the top left and a new suction that goes behind the screen but I still havent positioned it exactly how I want it. I use to have a suction on the bottom middle on the screen but got annoying after awhile.
