Looks like you buy them there and watch them on "fandango at home", whatever that is. No legit site gives regular file downloads, the only legit way to get a file like that you can manage is ripping blu rays

These are digital copies that redeeem at Fandago at home (previously Vudu). The files are tied to and only available within the Fandango app. You can download a copy within their app on a phone so you can replay without needing a data connection and cast from the phone too. (at least thats how it works for my Android phone app) But you can't use the download otherwise, its locked to the phone app. If you're watching on something like a Roku on a TV then there is no download options. The download within the phone app are not something like MP3 files and can't be used or accessed without the app.

Women Wearing Shoulder Pads is MA, but is weird in a way I haven't seen before. Apparently there is both a movie version, and a TV version, of Women Wearing Shoulder Pads. The MA code gives the movie version.

Looking afterward, it showed up in my movies tab in my Apple account, not the TV tab where I originally expected to see it. Switching over to Fandanga At Home and I don't see it either my movies or TV libraries. Searching through FaH for Women Wearing Shoulder Pads turns up season 1 of the TV show, but only 2 episodes rather than the entire season. FaH doesn't show the movie at all.

Edit: Also, it seems the movie is an adaptation of the TV show, not just all the episodes combined like I had assumed.
