It's an OK price for flagship device only if you must have the thinnest phone for some reason, otherwise I don't see why this phone should exist at the price compared to FE or base S25 or S26.

yeah maybe in 2010's .... I remember when the Samsung galaxy s4 was $500. Nowadays, theres no real compettition as long as they keep chinese brands outside US

The phone is very thin with a small battery but because the case of it is thin it overheats easy. The regular Galaxy phones don't have this issue. Factor in the smaller battery and overheating that means the battery will last maybe 60% of the base model and the other ones. The camera doesn't have three times physical zoom it's All digital. Other than that if you want a thin phone or you like to collect phones like me go ahead and grab it.

being a skinny-ass emaciated 125 lbs w/ all my clothes on, having a thin lightweight phone is a real bonus (i no even carry bulky wallet, just few bills, my license, & 2 credit cards). i went thru 4 Galaxy Note 20 Ultra in last 6 months (big screen, fast, microSD slot..but i kept dropping & cracking its screen, which is 250 to replace locally so i'd just buy another used Grade A for same 250 price..); surprising bonus/purpose of this post is that i've dropped this Edge phone 5 or 6 times & hardly a scratch, let alone busted screen (i hadn't foreseen lightweight phone incurring less drop damage; got same type o cheapie case on Edge as all the Note20Ultra's), plus I've only dropped it on my gorgeous face twice while youTubing before sleeping (can hold lightweight phone much longer & not only fewer, if any, bruises but less dark & large bruises if ur awake enuff to flinch in time so it glances off chin or ear or misses face completely)

I mean there was a time when phones had 2500mAh and we got by just fine. iPhones had even less than that.

This state economy we in when 550 is considered deal. I just buy my phones on refurb direct from sammy. They replace the screen & put in a new battery for you. Only cost me 375 couple years ago.
