Tossed mine in the wash twice and it was fine. I got it last time, I definitely got my $7 worth, wore it while washing the car and it definitely sucked away the sweat. Flimsy it may be, but that's what hats like this are for, it's got plenty of utility and the moisture stains / sweat stains wash away.
