Woot is backed by Amazon who isn't known for harassing you about returns, so I'd say so. I've never had a problem with woot and I've been shopping there since the early days when a woot-off was a major event and bags-o-crap would shutdown the whole site.

Guys the days of consoles dropping in prices for the holidays are over. The games and accessories yes but the consoles are going up in price.
