I noticed another listing for this same phone at $387.99 that mentions it's a Verizon model. Aside from the price difference, what's the difference between that one and this listing? Is the bootloader permanently locked?

Seems to be sold out but yeah bootloader will be locked so no custom ROMs. I got this for $290 and even if it said refurbished open box it was practically brand new with warranty running through 7/27
