This TALIX 12800mAh power bank stands out as a compact, low-cost way to top up phones and small devices, with fast single port charging and a handy included USB C cable. It is also described as a good size for carrying around, and the larger TALIX models suggest solid build quality. The main caveat is power delivery: full output appears to require using only one port, and real world charging has been reported as inconsistent on phones, tablets, laptops, and wireless chargers. A practical pick if portability matters more than multi device charging.

I bought the 20,000 mAh version (the one with the display showing graphics) from a previous deal, but I had to return it due to inconsistent charging. When I plugged in my phone, it initially charged at 45 watts, but after a minute, it dropped to between 5 and 10 watts and never went back up. I thought it might be the included cable, but I tested it with several different cables and had the same result. Maybe it was just my unit that was defective, but that was my experience.
your experience is true, output is no more than 15 w but usually 7 w or even 2 w.

It's an outright lie that this does 125W with PD 3.

They bury later that's it's only 100W unless you have a Chinese Moto phone.

They won't get my money unless and until they reforn their deceptive listings. There are plenty of other options.

I noticed this too on my 20k mAh. I tried to test my new wireless qi2.2 charger that supposed to charge at 25w wireless but the highest I can draw is 14w then drop to 11w.

is this normal? now Im thinking of returning it.

Got one last time and had similar inconsistencies as others.
Tried different cords, phones, tablet, laptop, etc.
Phones seem to bounce between 10-15W.
Tablet will do like 10-20W.
Laptop would jump to like 45W and then down to 20s, 30s, bounce around.

I got one for $23; it works well and can charge my phone 3 times to 80% per charge. It's very fast. The downside is that it will not be able to charge my laptop to 100% - just 30%.

I have the 20,000 mah/145w version and I love it. it charges my MacBook Pro at 135W. It will throttle if it overheats but its not bad. It's my favorite charger, the the only battery that reliably charges my Thinkpad workstation which comes with a 250W power brick and will not accept even most 100W USB-C PD chargers.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

started charging a MBP with 42% battery on the TALIX, steady 100W, then at around 35% it fell to 0%... ill test it again after a full charge but as of now i dont recommend it

one more thing thats weird is the mbp shows 100w charging but the wattage on the charger display jumps all over the place?

This may be normal. Both devices negotiate the voltage and max current, the device being charged controls the power draw up to the max.

I have multiple charges with power measurement and they are all over the place.
