- Vitamina D3 con K2 + Magnesium: Our d3 k2 vitamin 10,000 IU supplement provides 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 and 200 mcg of K2 (as MK-7), with added magnesium (from glycinate and malate) and zinc citrate. This k2 d3 vitamin supplement supports calcium absorption and daily wellness. Magnesium plays a key role in the utilization of vitamin D3, making it suitable for adults with low sun exposure or those seeking consistent vitamin D support
- Scientifically Synergistic Formula: This vitamin d3 k2 magnesium formula works in synergy—d3 supports calcium utilization, k2 helps support calcium distribution, and magnesium helps support the utilization of vitamin d3. Infused with coconut oil, this d3 k2 vitamin 10000 iu magnesium supplement supports the utilization of fat-soluble nutrients without the need to add extra fats
- Added Magnesium to Activate D3: Unlike standard D3 + K2 supplements, we include magnesium glycinate and magnesium malate. Without sufficient magnesium, vitamin D3 cannot be effectively activated. Magnesium itself is also an important mineral; coconut oil further supports nutrient absorption
- Pure Formula, Gentle and Convenient: Our vitamina d3 con k2 magnesium softgels feature a clean, plant-based formula that is vegan-friendly, dairy-free, and gluten-free, with vitamin D3 sourced from lichen. Made without artificial colors or preservatives, each mini softgel is easy to take and travel-friendly for everyday use
- 100-Day Long-Term Support: This d3 k2 magnesium vitamin supplement contains 300 softgels per pouch, providing up to 100 days of support—just 3 softgels per day. Ideal for those with limited sun exposure or increased vitamin d3 needs, it delivers 10,000 IU of vitamin d3 per serving. This formula is intended for individuals with significant vitamin d deficiency or specific health needs. Please use under professional guidance and monitor your vitamin d and calcium levels as needed

I also noticed a significant improvement in how I felt after about a year of taking 10,000 IU daily. I had better energy, mood, and overall activity levels, and I also noticed an increase in hair density. Because I felt noticeably better, I continued taking the same dose.
At one point, I stopped taking vitamin D for about a month before my annual blood work to see how my levels would change. My vitamin D level dropped sharply to around 40 nmol/L. I will not stop taking 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 plus 200 mcg of vitamin K2 daily.
This is a slick deal, along with the Mg

Also you have to take 3 of these gels to get 10k UI. Not 1.
