Burn in is more of a concern on a PC than it is on a TV unless you are watching like CNN or something where a logo is "stuck" int he same place all day. Burn in on a PC is most likely to happen with the task bars and stuff, but yeah with the software tricks, they do a lot better these days. Wouldn't say it's a non issue, just not as much of one. Think 5-6 years to burn in instead of 2-3.
I only have OLED on my laptops, so 5-6 years is going to outlive their useful life for me by a few years minimum, maybe 3-4, but for a desktop monitor a lot of people like to buy high end ones and keep them for a decade+ in which case skip oled even now.

This monitor officially lists AMD FreeSync; users can typically enable G-Sync Compatibility manually through the NVIDIA Control Panel when connected via DisplayPort, though it is not officially certified as NVIDIA G-Sync Compatible out of the box like the G50F variant. Basically you'll get the best experience if you own a AMD graphics card when it comes to screen sync.
Pros: price point (especially if you sign up through Alienware and rank up free Dell points, too long to explain), sturdy stand (better than the standard Dell monitors), lots of inputs and remembers if an input is set at 16:9, games look fantastic even though people will generalize that VA panels can't do this right (i.e. ghosting not a problem here), steam deck outputs nicely (HDMI dock maxes out at 60 Hz)
Cons: in some ways buying an IPS gives you better bang for your buck spec wise but I wanted a curved utrawide with higher contrast (ideal if you are up late in a dark room), 3440 x 1440 so it is 2K ultrawide not 4K ultrawide (which is IMO too much graphics for games to really handle now with high refresh/settings and personal budget), games might need mods to scale full screen which may deter some, I wouldn't mind a USB-C with display port alt mode instead of the DisplayPort input as that is going to be more common place in following years and for good reason, HDR is just ok but that wasn't high on my list anyway, internal PSU so no power brick which looks clean but the power cable is kind of short, no speakers or headphone jack but I route through an audio interface anyway
