EDIT: One of the two I have has a faulty eMarker and is not reporting PD 3.1 capable. The other seems fine for 240W... according to my Treedix. My apologies for spreading misinformation.
Don't have anything that goes over yet, as my MBP only supports 100W via USB-C.
Unless they advertise the speed, it's safe to assume that they only support 480mbps and are geared for charging.
This is standard USB 2.0 speed.
I have a few high speed data cables (5 and 10Gbps) and I am never ever able to find them this cheap.
I think you're conflating Ethernet over HDMI.
With USB-C, it's data and power as far as I know.
You need the hardware to support being able to use the USB-C ports for networking.
For HDMI, you need a USB-C to HDMI adapter or one end of the cable needs to be HDMI.
I'm not aware of HDMI signals going purely through USB-C cables, but I'm just a home user.
Also, I believe the actual video signal data is the DisplayPort standard.
I plug in one of these flimsy cables and PD2.0/3.0/3.1 are lit up. 3.1 supports up to 240W (48V at 5A).
Confused, I plugged in my other of the two-pack and THAT ONE isn't showing PD capabilities.
I have a faulty cable here. Mind blown. My apologies if I led anyone astray.
Would I buy these again? No, I would not, but YMMV I suppose.

This Lisen braided USB C to USB C cable is mainly a low cost charging cable, with fast charging performance that reaches 100W and, in some testing, up to 140W. The thin braided build feels decent for the price, and the cables have served as reliable everyday leads for phones, laptops, and low power devices. The main caveat is that the advertised 240W rating is not consistently supported, with reports of one cable in a pack underperforming or failing outright. It also appears to be limited to USB 2.0 data speeds, so it is not the right choice for HDMI or DisplayPort video.
The cables can reach around 100W charging on compatible USB-C devices.
Some buyers report the cables work reliably for charging after using a set for a while.
The braided design is reported to be thin while still working for fast charging.
The 2-pack can include a cable that shows PD 2.0/3.0/3.1 capability up to 240W.
The cables are reported to not support the advertised 240W power level.
The cables are likely limited to USB 2.0 charging/data speeds and may not support HDMI or DisplayPort video output.
Charging performance can be inconsistent within the 2-pack, with one cable showing PD while the other does not.
The braided cables are described as cheap or flimsy, with build-quality and failure concerns.
