I'm not an audiphile by any means, but doesn't bluetooth lose some fidelity and the whole point of having a record player? I mean, isn't hardwire better for sound?

I'd recommend a uturb orbit but it's manual and no Bluetooth
Thanks for the info. My short list has been one of the u-turn orbits, a couple of the Fluance units, and a couple of the Audio-Technica models. Hoping to find a deal on one of them between now and the Black Friday deals.
Bluetooth/USB isn't a requirement for my use case.

Go with Fluence or any; get a turntable from the 80s; they are built like tanks. Heard nothing but bad reviews about this turntable. I have aSonyy turntable from the 80s, soI'mm not a Sony hater

If you're concerned about quality of sound, vinyl is the worst decision. CD is much clearer. Vinyl is more of an experience but not in the org vorbis lossy kind of way.
You can also can also wire it in if you have poor Bluetooth communication.
I own this; it's been fine for a few years. I'm not using the Bluetooth functions (I did for a few months with it paired to an Echo Studio) and switched to hardwired Edifiers. No issue with it thus far, but when AudioTechnica AT60's can be had for half this, it seems like a bad deal.
Look for an old Sony PS-X50, 60, or 70. When you find one in good working order, it's better than anything new up to around $2000-$3000.
Yeah, old turntables are really hard to find in West Michigan where I am. Everybody talks about being able to find old Sony pioneer or Technics stuff all over the place but... Yeah, not here.
