I think Mint has better deal than this. They are selling it for 579$ with 12 month of free service.

You can buy pixel 11 pro directly from Verizon directly for $480. The device comes unlocked.

Did you have to get a plan with it? Looking at the website it's saying that the "simplicity plan" is required for the discount.

This won't matter to most people, but Verizon carrier unlocked Pixels may not be bootloader unlocked if you were looking to someday load graphene or other operating systems.

The unlock is immediate if you pay in full and pick it up in the store or auto unlock in 35 days if you order it via mail. Then cancel the simplicity plan in a few days. Verizon will pro-rate the bill. It doesn't get any easier than this.

The "bootloader lock" is a moot argument given that 99.999% of Pixel users never install an alternate OS on their phones. LMAO

I agree that it is a fine option for some folks.

How is $399 "literally" half of $749?
The $15 a month 6GB plan included to get the $579 price costs $180.
Not all of us want or need their plan.
Not all of us can get by on 6GB per month. So the cost goes up for better plan options.
If their service isn't good for you, you could move after it unlocks at 60 days. But no refund for the other 10 months.
