Your options as far as I can tell are to buy the current combo deal of the power head itself and edger attachment for $160, then add the string trimmer at full price for $168, for a total of $328. You may as well buy the combo with power head + edger combo because it's $30 cheaper than just getting the power head itself.
OR purchase this combo with the power head, edger attachment, trimmer, and charger + 4ah battery for $364.
Basically with option 2 you're paying $36 to add in a charger and battery. You're getting the edger either way because it's currently more expensive to not get one. You can sell it if you really aren't going to use it.
Amazon does currently have a deal on the power head + string trimmer attachment + charger + 5ah battery $299 which sounds great, till you look closer and see it's the older model 1400 power head, not the 1420. And the older model STA1500 trimmer, not the STA1600.
