It says...450lb person on the bench. 200 per arm (400). And then 200 per spare weight holder (400).

I just bench in a rack setup so that the safety bars are just below my chest. If you fail, just lower your chest and squeeze out.

I bought this last time it was on front page. The quality isn't too bad and as someone mentioned, there's only one adjustment (the height at which the arms rests). I'm 5'7 and feel this works decently well for me. Something to quickly lay down and hit some reps. Wouldn't recommend this for any serious weightlifters though.
