Can you explain how you were able to get it for that price? Is there any steps to follow? I logged into my EPP account and see $1029 before trade-in.

Someone said to go to your browser's settings, clear your cache and cookies, and any site settings for samsung.com. Then go to the site, and accept all cookies.

No, that shows as Trade-in and reduces promotional discount. I can't reproduce the price either though.

Just wanted to say that Samsung is one of the most frustrating companies to ever order from. Ordering a phone for a consistent sale price shouldn't be this complicated --- the dynamic pricing is fully out of control. Honestly makes me want to switch back to iPhone just because of these business practices. Too bad iOS is garbage lol.

I have been a Samsung fan since learning how to get extra discounts. The worst, yet, is purchasing a washer for an 80-year-old widow only to wait an additional day (waiting these knuckle draggers), and in the end they filled out their own survey. Yeah...I would have fired them.
